Room reservation
IEEE ISCAS 2016 has negotiated a special group rate of CAD$199 (standard room) and CAD $253 (club level room) per night for conference attendees. The group rate may be purchased online with your visa or mastercard through our preferred travel vendor. Wire transfers and pay by online check are also available. This group rate is inclusive of service fees, but exclusive of taxes (currently at 3.5%, 5 and 9.975%).
Reservations must be made by 5:00pm Eastern Time on Thursday, 28 April 2016 in order to get the group rate. Once the room block is sold out, the hotel will offer rooms/rates based upon availability and current rates.
