IEEE CAS Transactions Paper Presentations – Call for Contributions

The ISCAS 2016 Organizing Committee invites authors of an accepted paper published in one of the following IEEE Transactions (co)sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society,

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems – Part I: Regular Paper,
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems – Part II: Express Briefs,
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology,
IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems, and
IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems,

to present their work at ISCAS 2016, subject to space availability and approval by the ISCAS 2016 Organizing Committee.  Papers published between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015, as well as those in the pre-publication list are eligible for presentation at ISCAS 2016. Because they are already peer-reviewed and published, the Transactions papers presented at ISCAS 2016 will not be reviewed. An abstract of the paper and a link to the publication hosted in IEEE Xplore will be included in the conference proceeding for the sole benefit of the ISCAS 2016 participants, and will not be present in what will be uploaded in IEEE Xplore after the conference.

Requests for presentation of CAS Transactions paper should be made through the ISCAS submission webpage.

  • ALL submissions must be made on-line via the epapers web site.
  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
  • If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one web account. Use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.
  • If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline.
  • Submit the following information in a one page PDF file into Track 14:
    • Title
    • Abstract
    • Complete Author List
    • Transactions Title
    • Volume No, Issue No, Pages No
    • DOI Number or URL to IEEE Xplore page
    • Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could impede the review of your paper and result in rejection.

Approved requests for presentation must have one author/presenter register for the conference according to the ISCAS 2016 registration instructions.

Important Dates
The submission of requests will start on January 11, 2016 and evolve according to the following timetable:
Submission Deadline: Feb 15 | Feb 18 , 2016
Decision notification: Mar 15, 2016
Registration Deadline: Mar 21, 2016
