Late Breaking News

The world of Circuits and Systems is rapidly changing as designers battle with the end of Moore’s law, the push toward both dense and distributed systems, and an increasingly complex world with rising user transparency. IEEE ISCAS is responding to this fast pace of changes in Circuits and Systems with the addition of a new track called “Late Breaking News”. Late Breaking News (LBN) is a venue for fast dissemination of novel and new results in the field for which timeliness of disclosure with the community is critical.
